Chartreuse stands on her back legs looking for her family that will not return when suddenly another meerkat appears he is called Shadic and he is roving, and when he spots chartreuse alone he immediatly approaches her. But they have a visitor Shadic's brother Siv who is also roving shadic spots his brother and wanting chartreuse all to himself he chases his rival brother away, with siv gone shadic
returns to chartreuse. Shadic grooms chartreuse and wins her over after mating shadic stays with chartreuse it looks like they will make a new group. Three weeks past and Chartreuse will have her pups today when she came above ground she sat by the enterance and scratched at her radio collar before leaving shadic to babysit while she went foraging.
