When your Meerkat is created, you start off as a loner, to join you have to act correctly around the Dominant Pair. Act correctly to be accepted into the group.
Note: make sure you know plenty about Meerkat behavior.

Hope climbs down from the bush, she then starts pestering Delilah for some milk.

Izeno continues to stay by Sonow, making sure no other males will rival his mating rights at this time.

Cherry, Spring and Cozmo are on sentry duty.

Meanwhile at the babysitting burrow, Tango and Flower are babysitting. Flower is above ground looking out for danger, while Tango is underground feeding the young pups.. Sabah's last litter before she was killed.
Arbiter, Walnut and Sabah cuddle up while feeding from Tango.
All is calm at the babysitting burrow.

Sonow forages close to Izeno, after his mistake this morning she's been underconfident, and to make things worse two rovers are on her scent

(There's actually two more rival groups Vulpine, the Chances (18) and the Manors (15))

Izeno stays by Sonow, almost like glue. He doesn't pull a Zaphod though, he just stays next to her, defending her from any rivalry.

Black watches Izeno amused.

Sonow smiles at Izeno, glad he's there

Izeno smiles back, breafly grooming her.

Pluto looks out for Danger.

Sonow keeps grooming Izeno, now noting the rovers out the corner of her eye

Izeno looks up, spotting one of the rovers. He growls at him, hoping it will be enough.

Pluto also spots the rover, he growls at him also.

The first rover backs off, the other however is using this time to move closer

Izeno stays by Sonow, watching the rovers.. Ready to lunge if they get to close.

The group continue to forage, oblivious.

Sonow presses up to Izeno, both rovers realise they wont have any luck here and run off

Pluto growls at the rovers stareing at them not looking away.

Izeno chills out quickly, he then turns and starts grooming Sonow.

The group forage sucessfully.

Sonow grooms Izeno back

Pluto goes to digging with luck, he digs up a geecko and starts to eat.
