i think crocodile hunter is a good programe to watch and thinks its inspiring and educational....i used to think snakes we eveil and naasty animals but now i have reolised that all animals are like humans but in a different shape and size and i wouldnt kill a human so i dont want to kill a animal i think we all have a right to live on earth and we should protect those who cant voice their rights... with the power of humans being th most dominate species on earth comes great responsability to make sure we look after the enviroment and animals...lukebchapman@hotmail.com add me on msn to talk if you want..

i agree with you mate we should do all we can to preserve such animals. I myself, am actually terrified of snakes and am going on holiday to South Africa in november and i watch programmes such as Croc hunter and Austin Stevens because they are so educational and i respect the courage and knowlege that these guys have.

I grew up in South Africa, there are plenty snakes, so look out and stay on the path. I have had many encounters with snakes entering our house (the poor things) and when I was feeding our animals I once realised that the handfull of grass I was tugging on was in fact a snake. I was also nearly bitten by a Puff Adder, they are "lazy" and dont move out the way, they just keep extra still!! We had a Boom Slang that lived by our kitchen window .... it is beautiful in South Africa, if you know where to go. Hope you enjoy your holiday.

i hope to enjoy it. I'm going to be staying in the North Western Province. I cant wait and im not too worried about the snakes as im more worried about the people who are going with me being near snakes lol.
