hello everyone,
this is my first message here. so not sure if this is the right forum to discuss this but couldn't find any other suitable one. in the last smashlabs episode, they were trying to arrest the speeding vehicle using CO2 and help the cops take control over the bad guys in the hot pursuits. however they were not 100% successful as it worked in theory but they couldn't come up with any equipment which can target at the required spot on the vehicle. however since only 12% of CO2 was required .... cant they propose this idea to auto manufacturers who can use this as a safety feature for their cars. so if the vehicle goes out of control and needs to be stalled in shortest possible time, driver can pull the trigger and the engine would start sucking on CO2 and its under control instantly. the smashlab crew was trying to help cops take control of bad guys but same technique can certainly be used as saefty feature in automobiles. anyone else has a say on this? this can certainly be a safety feature regards, amey |
