This is a poem to meerkats in life who have a loss:

Time to say goodbye,
Time to say farewell,
Time to move on,
Time to move to the future.

I was always there for you like you were for me,
I always helped you like you helped me.
We dreamed together and hoped, this came true,
Time to move to the future.

But who could have guessed,
Who knew it was going to happen.
It was too much too cope with,
Time to move to the future.

I cried well into the morning over you,
until night came.
When stars burned and lit up more than ever,
And now I look forward to night when you come to talk to me and I know with your help,
I have moved to the future.
