Here are some abominable facts about the situation in a town in the west of Romania:community dogs are beaten, chased and even worse!!!!if one can imagine that.We could really use a piece of advice because things are getting worse every single day.The officials seem not to care very much about this situation. There are a few of us who feed them(the dogs, of course) and for that we"pay" by being insulted.We need help

you might be right, but do you consider more important to take care of this dogs, than taking care of the real problem : and that is to get them OUT of the streets so that people would end up bitten by them. They are less important than humans. There are people starving in this over-modernized world in which we complain about some dog or the other being beaten, there are stil countries like that, even if I dont personally live in such country. please stop complaining about UN-important and not at all general issues!
