A Dorset monkey sanctuary yesterday saved 88 monkeys from confinement in small cages in a Chilean laboratory in the world's biggest rescue mission of its kind.
Monkey World took two days to fly the 88 capuchin monkeys - some of which were kept in solitary cages for up to 20 years - to its Wareham sanctuary.

I went to Monkey World on Saturday and saw the new capuchins...they are sooo cute. They have moved Terri in with the new bunch. Its a magical place, I cried when I left, I wanted to stay forever.

Im hoping that I can get down at Easter, does it get busy at Easter? This year its the 21st march a few days after the anniversary of jims death.

Do you see Alison often and Jeremy?

You prob did see me, I was there from 10am until 4pm, 6 hours and I wanted more..!!

I saw mike when I was there and I spoke to him, I got a bit star struck...in fact I was star struck for just being there.
I really want to go for Easter but I dont want it to be so busy that I cant see any of the Monkeys & chimps. Think I might give it a try though. Thats if I can get a room at a hotel most of them are booked up already for that weekend.
Im getting all my friends at work to watch it and visit.
Im just starting off my DVD collection and im building a Monkey soft toy collection too. I think im becoming a bit obssessed..
Thanks for your info.
