I doubt if it is much comfort to you, but I registered yesterday, and I am unable to use the service either. I have been e-mailing the technical department for 2 days. so far no one has answered my e-mails.

It is interesting to know that I am not alone in this problem and that you have been struggling a lot longer than I have.

I too hope that someone will speedily come up with an answer as I am very frustrated as well.

Hi, I think I may well have a solution for you. I have been using Microsoft Internet Explorer to try and watch Discovery Broadband, and it is simply not working.

I sometimes use a different browser called Opera 9.01. I tried using Discovery Broadband on Opera and it seems to work fine.

May I suggest that you give this a try and let me know how you get on.

I hope this will help you

Thanks for the possible solution...

I d/l opera but still have the same problem Frowner The page where i would normally sign in still is not found!

Tried closing AV software and firewall to see if i was somehow blocking the connection but still no joy. i can view the rest of site fine and the free trailers play as they should too its only the service that im actually paying for that wont!!!! ARGGGHHHHH!

I have also tried to contact discovery support several times but have yet to recieve a reply and doubt i'll ever get one, also contacted BT click&buy support who said they had noting to do with the problem and i should cancel my subscription!

Is anyone else having problems? Is anyone else actually using this and NOT having problems ???

I feel so alone lol Smiler

I would suggest persisting with Opera 9.01. It definately works for me.

Like you I can not get anyone from the technical department to contact me. I have now been waitng 3 days for a reply.

I really hope you get sorted out

Thanks for your e-mail.

I'm from New Zealand and although I managed to sign up with click and buy for an account I can't actually watch any of the programmes as they aren't activated for my country. It doesn't say on the main site anywhere that it is restricted to certain countries and this annoys me as I really want to see Zero Hour:The Massacre at Columbine High. I also emailed them to see if it could be enabled a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard anything.
