monster garage, american chopper and any and all programs about cars, building cars, scrap heap challenges and any other programs that fall into any of the above categories!

wasn't the point of having a new channel (discovery turbo) to move all such programming over to its own dedicated channel???
everyday is like a rerun of the previous day and i'm sick of it to be honest!

who cares about americans building bikes and getting the hump with each other?

discovery is meant to be about discoveing things...

IE. learning and educational, i find nothing educational about monster garage or american chopper!!

please for the love of god will someone in programing do something about these dire and depressing programs????????

Personaly I'm a big fan of all the programs you mention as I'm an engineering and customising enthusiast. But I do agree with you and realise that these type of programs don't appeal to everyone.
It wouldn't bother me in the slightest if I could only watch these programs on Discovery Turbo (the channel they closed Discovery Kids down for.... the bunch of children hating, profit worshiping, monkeys that they seem to be turning into nowadays!)
I don't need to have these programs repeated over and over again on different channels because I have this fabulous technology that's been around for about 30 years now, if I want to watch a program but I'm going to be out, or I'm going to miss it for any other reason when it's on, I can set the video recorder to record it. So you see Discovery, there's no need to fill all your channels with the same stuff just in case I miss any of it, I've got it covered.

I agree too, there's waaaay too many repeats & too many of the same type of shows on the various Discovery Channels. Discovery is meant to be educational - what's educational about *bleeping* American Chopper, American Hotrod, Monster Garage & The Garage? Not a lot!

There is SOME educational value to shows like An MG Is Born, Wheeler Dealers & the like, but they should still only be shown on the Home & Leisure or Turbo Channels, certainly not Discovery Science - which should be dedicated to SCIENCE.

Thank god I´m not the only one... what the F... is happening to discvovery channel. It´s becoming some sort of reality tv crap channel. Where is all the educational, science, history programmes????
