I have just seen the episode of myth busters where they are investigating the myth of being electrocuted by urinating on the electrified 3rd rail, I work on the UK railway and there are accounts of this happening.
I saw the myth busters calculate the amps need to electrocute someone, I think it was about 65 milliamps at 650 volts, they found this myth to be untrue.
In the UK, the 3rd rail system, the circuit breakers are set to operate at several thousand amps at 650 volts. The cables used in the 3rd rail system in the UK are appox 60mm in diameter not the jump leads the myth busters used. I would like them to retry this but using the right supply.

I had a question if you can help. How do I suggest a myth to bust to mythbusters?

Please respond to dnelson420@comcast.net, thanks!
