It's interesting to note that there are quite a few valid points being made on these message boards and questions asked about Discovery programming in general, yet no one reprisenting Discovery ever seems to come on here to answer these questions. Why? (I bet no one answers that!)
Like stuartfanning wanting to know when the Lost Tomb of Christ will be aired, posting his question over two weeks ago on the 27 February, it still remains unanswered.
Like myself and others wanting to know why a brand new episode of American Chopper was suddenly changed for a repeat at the last minute and when we'll get to see the missing episode. I've had to ring Discovery and e-mail them in order to get any information about this and guess what? I've been given two different dates as to when this episode will be aired and still no reason as to why they did it in the first place.
Then there's all those people who joined up purely because they wanted to air their grievances about Disc. Kids being removed. That thread goes on for two pages and it's full of people asking why it happened, yet no one reprisenting Discovery has been bothered to make a posting explaining their position or even just apologising to those left with crying children who are now missing their favourite educational programs. It would be the polite thing to do after all the upset it's caused.
C'mon Discovery, where are your manners? Please appoint someone to address the questions raised on this message board, otherwise it's just a wasted media.
