I have quite a few scars, some raised, on my upper left arm and I was wondering if it would be possible to cover them with a tattoo? Does anybody know?

Hey ifeelsic err you can tattoo over 'normal' scars, but it dosent really work on raised scars it would ruin the actully tattoo and stuff, lol sorry i cant explain it properly i cant think of the words i wanna use atm lol
