i want another one done, my last tattoo i had done i like it alot i paied just under 200 for it but i feel like it could have been better for the money i paied is there any really good tattooists in the south west.....

otherwise i'm thinking about going to miami

does anyone know of any good artists in middlesbrough im getting mine done for my birthday and its my first so id like some help. other wise in going to get it done in miami when i go on holiday .

As we already know the chances of getting on TV are very slim, the selection process is very selective(!!!), also the guys in the show are not there on a daily basis. That's not to say the others worker won't be as good. But seeing the min price is $200 is it really worth it. I'm sure you can fine someone good here or in Europe.

Check out the guys in sunny Jersey. Net is top notch on the Japanese and tribal stuff.

As far as going to Miami. I visited the shop in November. The cost for an upper arm tattoo, in black and grey was about $400 Actually met Garver - really friendly guy, very cool, Ami and Nunez. The shop looks bigger on tv than it is for real. It was an nice experience and worth a visit.

And Fiona Long is amazing for cats, I think she specialises in felines, but her other work is amazing too.

Steve Byrne in Leeds is an amazing artist, he's atttooed my leg piece and my ribs. And without causing offence... he's much better than anything the tv has to offer!
the same goes for the guys at INTO YOU in london and Frith Street also in London.

as for tattoo's in wales? especially north of aberystwyth porky, there is nothing worth mentioning! i've had many friends get many tattoo's done and they're all shabby, unworthy tattoo's. save your money and head over to england! Chester has a great artist as was mentioned previously.

There are some excellent artists in Wales, Dave Fleet, John Treharne, Chris Govier .......... to name a few!

you named some decent artists, unfortunately your geography or your reading need some work. Aberystwyth is in mid Wales, I commented on tattooist NORTH of Aberystwyth- so this doesnt include Skin Creation, Abracadabra or any other decent artist as they're all in the SOUTH of Wales. I guess my wording was pretty bad though, I didnt mean to comment on the whole of wales, just the north. My bad.
