Hi, need some help. So far I have a couple of normal run of the mill tattoo's that aren't either ugly or amazing, but I have for some time been searching for the ultimate design for my upper arm across to chest. Having found a great picture on a site I know I want something similar. Problem is I need to find some where that can both design and do this tattoo for me, and speaking to a couple of places and few tries from peple, it seems a little out of their grasp. Can any one suggest somewhere in south close to Portsmouth?
