Having read through some of the things people have been saying about london ink i'd like to raise a couple of points for discussion.

Firstly, i think it's important that you all realise it's a TV SHOW! Tv show's are edited and i'm sure everyone's aware that the americans have a way of making things a lot glossier! So please stop comparing the two shows! They are worlds apart! Ok, so maybe London Ink hasn't been edited brilliantly, but that shouldn't be a reflection on the shop or the artists! I myself was tattooed by Dan Gold a few weeks before the show went out, and i'll have you know it was an enjoyable experience! For those of you that don't know, London Tattoo is actually Dan's shop, and now that Louis has gone back to Manchester, there is a completely different vibe! Anyone who is willing to judge the shop and the artists based on the tv show clearly have no grip on reallity and therefore don't matter anyway. But for those of you who actually have an interest in the tattoo industry, go and have a look at the guys portfolio's before letting the discovery channel make your mind up for you based on a handful of tattoos that were done in an environment so far from the normal running of a tattoo shop!

Secondly, to those people who have decided that England has nothing to offer in the way of tattooists...

Dan Gold
Andy
Inma
James of 'London Tattoo'
Richie Clarke of 'Tribalife Tattoo'
Alex Binnie
Nicole Lowe
Lucy Pryor
Duncan X
Thomas Thomas
Xed Le Hed
Jason Saga of 'Into You Tattoo'
Mo Copoletta
Saira Hunjan of 'The Family Business'
Phil Kyle of 'Magnum Opus'
Ian Flower of 'Frith Street Tattoo'
Louis Molloy of 'Middleton Tattoo'
Jeff Ortega of 'Evil From The Needle'

There are a few names for you to check out! Look 'em up, check out their portfolio's and then if you still think there are no good artists in the U.K. move to America!

And lastly, for all you Chris Nunez fans, you obviously have never seen Dan Gold in a skirt!

ye the only thing that really lets down london ink is the design of it, it doesnt reflect on how good the arttist is because the artist on london ink are actually legendary and hav a great record behind each one. its jus that the editing team at discovery need to put their heads back together.

atleast there's a whole lot less 'memorial tattoo's' on london ink.

i pretty much have to watch a show with INK in the title now, nevermind what city it resides in, but ffs, not everything has to have a story behind it.
