Seeing as we cannot share the oil down here, we own it in our own countries and trade from others. Since the moon isn't owned by anyone, it's just gonna be one big war for territory. I'm just wondering if anybody has a view on this? Confused

Yeah, be certain of a Spanish invasion of the moon...

What I'm thinking is that it'll be the Western world (USA and EU) against the Eastern. Too bad China's economy is getting better...

When I think about it again I don't think there will be a war, because we can't build bases on the moon. And if we would have warfare on it, we'd destroy our only hope. And I hope no country/alliance/economy is that stupid...

Where ever there is intellectual life there will be wars, Its simply inevitable. i find it likely there will be wars on the moon when we get there and maybe even mars.

wel that is in about 5 Billion years so theres no need to worry about that just yet, actually if your going to worry about anything worry about the current unsustainable methods of food production, millions are likely to starve when oil prices rise again.
