Please take a look at the attachment where clearly basecloud collected more 3He than the player who won (on the upper left you can see basecloud collected more 3He but on the pop up window at the end of the game there is a different number). How can that be? As far as I know the purpose of this game is to collect more 3He than anyone else so what happened?
By the way this is not the first time this has happened. If other players are having the same issue please leave a comment. Please reply tech team this is a SERIOUS issue. I am sure the tech team could watch a replay of the game, I know I have and basecloud is ahead up to the very last play of the game. This message has been edited. i've just watched the replay and its pretty clear BASECLOUD finished with more helium/$ than PIRU09.
it's an odd glitch, wonder if its happened to anyone else?? |

I think I had a similar case too, I was 3rd but collected more than the 2nd. As I remember it was realy close, but I cant't find the game right now.

There has been no response about this issue. Is there a tech team out there even reading this forum? Two weeks and still waiting.... |

Apologies it has taken so long for us to respond. Your feedback is important to us and we do try to investigate every issue that is raised regarding the game. I did not get your attachment through and then your URL was incomplete and you included two sector references in your note above: 07BCSL & 07CBSL. That said I have now watched the correct game and you have indeed experienced a genuine bug/glitch in the game. Your Total H3 as shown in the game debrief is not consistent with the total calculated in the game. I have made a note of this and will report it to the agency who produced the game to see if this is something they can fix. Was because you have a mayor level than the other player, so they dont pay the amount of share that you pay.

Here's another example of the problem. Lots of suicides in this game, and the final tally for each player is far different than what was shown when the final turn was complete.
