1 A programme about Deiter Hermann's work to recover the rest of "The Lost Squadron" http://www.lost-squadron.org/index2.html , this might be part of a series about the recovery or restoration of old aircraft.

2 Being something of a fan of the Lockheed Lightning P-38 I would like to see a programme about its development and combat history in all of the theatres of war that it has served in and peoples experience with it since the war.

3 With the improvements in CGI perhaps it is now possible to cover some of the other famous air battles of WW2, for instance, the airware over Malta from 1941 to 1943 and Bodenplatte in 1945. These programmes would have a crossover potential with the History Channel.
