Can't get enough of the Irwins, I hope you did not misunderstand me. I was not upset with you...I am talking about those in charge of the Logie Awards....they should have used better judgement in using that clip...even if the interview won the award. It was just not appropriate. I watched the original interview and was amazed at Terri's strength and fortitude to be able to do this. I also came away from watching it with a huge respect for Ray Martin and how he handled the interview and how he seemed to be a comfort to Terri. I saw him not only as an interviewer...but as a friend...there to help Terri. I sensed he was there to "hold her hand" and let her put "her head on his shoulder"....so I guess seeing it now as a "promotion" and being named the winner of the documentary award, and showing that clip... was in my opinion very bad taste. I am happy to hear that the Logie Award Producers apologized.... but it should not have happened in the first place.

I sincerly hope you understood that is what I was talking about. We are glad you are here with us and hope you will continue to join us here where we all Listen...Learn...Share Steve's message of conservation.

Hi Catbus, I guess I did misunderstand a little bit as everyone else gets thanked for posting clips, photos etc and I guess I was a bit upset to begin with after seeing how Terri was "used" I thought people might want to see the clip as it was being discussed on this thread. It probably was in bad taste to post it so I'm glad I removed it anyway. Thanks for explaining and I'm really glad to be here. Steve has touched my life and because of him I will do my bit for conservation for the rest of my life, that includes passing his message on. My son is leaving school next year and wants to become a vet and work in a Zoo and rescue and save animals, this is thanks to Steve & Terri. I'm convinced my Son would never have taken this path if it wasn't for Steve. Anyway, I've gone totally off topic, sorry about that. Speak soon.

Good morning, Can't get enough of the Irwins. That is wonderful that your son will be going into the noble work of caring for and saving Wildlife. We have another member. Irwin Fan who is going to the Uni soon for Veterinary School. Another member Jazzers is going to school Ocean Biology, who will be part of a Whale Expedition this July. Another Prawn76 this past March went to Nambia to a Wildlife Preserve for big cats. Thank you for sharing this wonderful news with us!
