This may sound strang and it is random but I feel as if I am supposed to share this experence with you, I dont know why because I dont understand it myself but I have this overwhelming feeling that I am supposed to share it with the people on here.
This morning I was half awake (in a kind of semi-conscious state) and I was having a sort of dream. All I remeber is someone said something to me about how they will never forget Steve and I gave a very random reply, my reply was 'I know what you mean, because of the light I walk in I can never forget the divin' and then I woke up.
I have no idea what tis meand, all I can think of is that the divine is referring to God. Anyway I have no idea why I'm telling you this but I just felt I was supposed to. If anybody has any thoughts about what this might mean please share them.

irwin fan I might be wrong,I haven't experienced something like that.My only experiences to do with Steve have been in my dreams.(Since September sometimes I dream about Steve and he gives me good advice about stuff).It sounds like you were thinking about Steve this morning and how he passed away.Sorry Im not much help.

First of all let me say Irwin Fan, that I admire you for sharing this with us. Not many are willing to share these experiences with others, for fear of ridicule. I don't purpose to know the reason that you heard these words, or what the meaning of the words may be. More may be revealed to you at a later time. I do believe what you have told us. I do know that I am sometimes compelled to do things,that seem random to others, but they are not random. When God places it in my heart to do something, I do it. There was a time when this would happen that I wondered why? The answers aren't always revealed immediately, I now try "not" to 2nd guess God's reasons or wisdom. I know that when he is ready for me to know,then I will. I believe that is true for all of us.

Thank you both I was a little bit worried about what you might say but I had confidence in you that you are good people and in God that if this is what he wanted me to do then I would not be ridiculed for it.

Irwin Fan, I am happy that you shared this with us. Sometimes we experience things that are beyond our normal, and we are not sure how to interpret them. I, too have had occasions in my life that I know the Lord was "directing" me, and giving me the thought that all of a sudden appeared in my head. If you have never experienced this, it may sound confusing. But, if you have, you will know it. I best describe it as feeling peace and love surround you and feeling the arms of an angel holding you tight! Sometimes, it may so catch you off-guard, that you find yourself saying "Where did that come from?" And yes, we may not know the meaning or answers right away. But God will lead you down the path. I know that the moment I read about Steve's tragic accident, God was giving me direction. I have been watching Steve for years now and hardly missed a show. At the precise moment that I read about Steve's accident, my head dropped amd I felt God's presence. I knew God was placing in my heart a greater need then I have ever had before to do something. I truly felt a spiritual connection that has been directing me since. I am following my heart as I know we all are here on this forum. I have said this many times here.... God has blessed the world with Steve Irwin... And Steve has left us all a great gift. He lives within each of us.... all of us... for all the years to come! Each and everyone of us... WE ARE ALL BLESSED!

We definetely are blessed indeed. God is with us all the time, and it is quite comforting to feel his presence.
Irwinfan, thankyou for sharing that. I, too have had some weird experiences. Like, I'll be thinking of something I could do for a peticular animal (even one of my own) and all of a sudden it is like I can feel Steve behind my shoulder saying what I should do. Anyway, I am just thankful we had Steve here as long as we did. He did leave us too soon, but at least his teachings were left for us to follow. That dream you had about walking in the light....I am wondering if that is your subconciouse saying outloud that you accept Gods help to cope with the loss of a Great hero.

Thats an good interpretation ladyhawk, thank you. I think you may be right, I have asked God for His help in coping with the death of Steve maybe this was Gods way of telling me that He and Steve will always be there to help me

I ask God to help me get through this, and pray for Terri,and the kids that God will help them, too. I feel Gods presence all around me, all the time, and it seems like from time to time I feel Steve, too. It is strange, but maybe it is God saying," Hey, Steve is home with me, but Steve will always be with you in spirit to help you and so will I." If people could hear me, they would probably think I am nuts because I talk to Steve outloud...

Your not alone ladyhawk I talk to Steve and God out loud all the time, sometimes it helps. I'm so glad you all understand, thank you all so much for sharing your thought and experiances with me it really helps

I am glad I can help in any way. I know talking to God and Steve helps me out quite a bit. Especially if I am stumped helping an animal. I ask, "Ok Steve, what would you do if you were here right now???" After that, usually a response comes to me.

One more thing that I would like to add... God's presence is with us always. It is neither stange or weird... but a blessing! It is up to us to know and understand what God is saying to us. God gives us Peace and Understanding. God is Love and He shows us the Way.

God definetely gives me comfort, especially in my time of need ( such a Steve being taken from us ) I didn't mean that feeling Gods presence was strange and weird, I meant that some of the things I see, or hear can be strange. Things that happen that are not really explainable.
I hope I didn't offend anybody with that mis communication.

I understand whatt you mean ladyhawk I don't think you caused any offence. Its very comforting when you are going through a difficult time and you can feel God in your heart and its like somebody is hugging you

I don't believe that anyone was offended. This is how I understand what was said. That God is present at all times, and although the reasons for the things we may see or hear are not always revealed at that time, they will be explained according to God's plan for us, and that they should never be considered weird or strange. This would denote that God is scary, which we all know he isn't. He does work in mysterious ways sometimes. The words strange and weird are not Synonymous with the presence of God.
