Coast woman tells of whaling terror
A Sunshine Coast woman has described her terror after the boat she was in flipped in waters off Antarctica.

Chantal Henderson is currently on board the Sea Shepherd anti-whaling ship named after Steve Irwin, which has been in the Southern Ocean chasing Japanese whalers since December.

The 33-year old chiropractor was in the smaller Zodiac boat with three other crew members, when she was flung into the freezing waters on the weekend.

She was forced to perch on top of the upturned boat for 15 minutes, until crew members onboard the Steve Irwin were able to pull her to safety.
