Oh, this makes me so sad! With a seven year old, we have been Wiggle fans since 2000.... when they were relatively unheard of here in the USA. I had come across a video, "Toot Toot Chuga Chuga, Big Red Car", and it looked fun for a one year old!It was an instant hit in our home! We started speading the word! Kids, parents, dancing, music, fun... you can't go wrong!
The Wiggles did a video "Safari" at the Australia Zoo a few years ago. It included Steve, Teri, & Bindi. I hope everyone has seen this one! My son still goes around saying, "Crikey, its a croc! I'll catch him if I can"! We have been fortunate to see them several times as they toured here in the South (USA)... even met them and had pictures taken with them on their first trip to SC in 2002. What fun! We recently saw them here the end of August. Greg has already taken leave because of medical testing. My son just turned 7... and he still loves them... for that matter... I still love them! I know all their songs, not only are they fun songs to sing with your children... but you just have to get up and dance too!
Greg will be greatly missed, but his health is most important. I know this must be extremly dificult fo him and the others. I would hope that he would still be a part in some way. If anyone is not familar with The Wiggles, they have a great story. I contribute them with my son's love of music. That have influenced millions of children (and parents) across the world in a very postive way! So here's to you Greg.... we love you and you will always still be our Greg! You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Take care of yourself and in our hearts you will always be "Wiggling"!

I don't have any small children, mine our grown(except the one inside of me) but I have a few of their videos. I love watching them. They are fun and carefree, and very child friendly. I will keep him in my prayers also.

I will think of him too....it was on the Today show, and I only caught the tail end of it. Wasnt this the guy who "hosted" (lack of a better word) Steve's memorial? The Today show called him "Yellow Wiggle" Shanon gave a link to get their newest DVD. I order it, and I got an e-amil saying its back ordered.

Hi Crystalslove, regarding the Wiggles, Anthony is the one who was at Steve's Memorial. Anthony wears the blue. Small children always refer to them by the color shirts, until they are older to learn names. The Wiggles are a great experience for children and the entire family. It is fun with music, songs, dancing, and silliness! Greg is the "yellow", Murray, "red", and Jeff "purple". And you can not forget Captain Feathersword! The Wiggles made it big in the USA a few years ago, when they were put on Disney Playhouse, then all the kids knew about them! They may be geared for preschoolers, but my son still loves them and so do I! Watch them sometime... you just have to get up and dance and sing!
My thoughts and prayers will be with Greg. He is the driving force and had the idea of a childrens' group back in college. They have been the Wiggles for 15 years! It all started as a project! Greg is the lead singer, and writes al the music! The world needs more of them! No violence, no inappropriate songs, no bad language.... but all the right things children should be exposed to , and with parent involvment too! I guarantee you will find yourself singing their songs! Whether you have small children or not... we all are young at heart!

Thanks Cat...I am now hoping my dvd will get here in time. I was watching them the other night. Didnt Bindi dosomething with them once? The Wiggles is a good show and teaches younger kids alot. My sister swears by them. They dont scare the kids the way some kid shows do.

I've bought the safari one, has DVD etcs are sometimes only around for a limited time I thought it'd be good to get it for the future. My son is grown up now so if he does have children, I'd like them to watch that, it's very good. I enjoyed it. Same with Bindi's DVD I'm getting that one too, nice way to show future generations Steve.
