Another Aussie who is becoming welknown in the horse world he trains horses humanly and uses the predator and prey approaches to training. Incrediable guy. Kind of like the Man from Snowny River..

Lots of good info in this link! Crystalslove, I see that he was in Denver the end of July! Did you know that? I jsut saw where he is in Clemson, SC the end of Oct. That is about four hours from me. I will have to tell my sister and her daughters. They have horses and love to ride! I am sure Alison will want to check out all this information! Here is a short riding demo! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjm3qeaN6ZY

Thanks Shanon and Cat.....I didnt know he was here. But as Shanon said he is inetersting. And entertaining to....He does some amazing things too. He is so very patient, and kind to the horses (of course) but I like how he uses the prey/predator instincts as a "natural" training tool!

Cat...our owners maybe coming to his clinic in Oct...we are all mostly "English" riders but his theroies of training, riding, etc are the same. I wish I could come but someone has to take care of the animals at home. It not like a regular job where you can oush the paper work aside...they are living and breathing.

My sister has horses and her children ride too. I have told her about this clinic with Clinton which is upstate. He seems to be pretty cool! I greatly admire anyone dedicating themselves to working with animals.

What kind does she have? Clinton is very upbeat and uses a great communication skill I use with my kids....he asks you what you learned and how to change 1 thing you did wrong makes you learn by your mistakes.
