Hey Blossom my youngest started 7th grqade this year, and I know what you are feeling. Sometimes I see babies and little kids out and I think Sami and Chelsea were only that little yesterday. Hang in there pretty soon you will see all the good you have done in rasing your kids!

My niece started year 12..Her final year, now that is scary cos I videoed her on her first day when she was 4 years old...Blossom, I am sure your son will be fine..Good luck to him...

Sorry I haven't been here in a while, it has been crazy busy here for me lately. I have one more week at work before the holidays (2 week holiday ) and then I am actually starting work at a new school. So I have been busy organizing things at my current workplace so my replacement knows what to do while also trying to figure out what I am doing at my new job.
I hope during the holidays I will be able to stop by here a lot more though

It has been very nice here lately, the cold winter has gone but Spring is becoming fairly hot - which looks like our Summer is shaping up to be a scorcher!

Hello Snickals! I do not think we have really met. For other reasons...I left the forum in May..I think that is when you came on. I have tried to go back and touch up on what was being said while I was away. I came back because my heart was telling me to do so! Here on this forum, it is all about heart and soul...because that is what personified Steve.

Let me say that I had watched your video on the Zoo contest. I love hamsters too. When my older sons were little boys, we had several. They never walked through the house..but did escape a time or two!
I too... instinctively come back to this topic too...saw no need to change this one! It actually shows just how many we have done the "meet and greet" with! There has been a lot of people come and go over the last year. I do wish we could get some of them back!

I have a friend that lives in Queensland too. She sometimes volunteers at the Zoo. Do you go often? I hope that one day we can get there. I am happy you logged on and I was able to introduce myself to you. Take care and have a great day!

I live a couple of hours north of the zoo and have been there 4 times so far, if I lived closer I would go more or even try to volunteer.
