Me too, I think the words are really apt as well. It's funny how many of you say you want to live in Australia, I must say that to someone at least once a day! I travelled around Australia for several months a few years ago and loved every second of it, of course Australia Zoo in particular. Alas Steve wasn't there when I went, but it is a really magical place.

Hi Shelly! You have intrigued me!So you have been to Australia Zoo... please tell us about it! I am sure it is more than "magical" as you described it! I am sure the entire Zoo is filled with ethusiasm, passion, and love! I am sure you "glow" as you enter the gates! My seven year old son ha his first trip to Disney World this summer. Yes, it was magical for us! But, he has wanted to go to Australia since he was three! Maybe one day!

The following information is also posted as a new topic.... but I felt it should be psoted here as well in case there is anyone not familiar with John Williamson... they can read more about him at this topic...........

The new CD by John Williamson is now available on-line. John as you know, sang "True Blue" at the Memorial Service. The new CD "WILDLIFE WARRIORS: IT'S TIME", is a tribute to Steve and about the need to protect the bush and to honour Steve Irwin. The song was literally written within hours after the Memorial Service. John says that this song is an "angry" song. He says we should all become angry about what is happening to our environment and become "Wildlife Warriors" to carry on Steve's message. Here is a link to Wildlife Warriors for order information.

I wake up a lot with True Blue playing in my mind. And as far as wanting to live in Australia, I plan on doing that. It is my 5 year plan. And check this out! My parents go to the south states (usa) for our winter. This year they went to some inlaws house and met a man there on an internship named Marc, pronounced Mok. He is from Beerwah, and lived 15 miles from the Irwins, whom he told my parents he was very close to. That they were close buddies, and that Terri is a very wonderful Lady. So my dad told him of my plans to move there and try for a job at the zoo. Marc told dad that Terri is ALWAYS looking for zoo staff, and that "your daughter would have a great chance of being hired on." Wow!!Talk about being envious of my parents for meeting this man, and can I say "YAY" about my possibilities of a job???? I have been so excited. I just found this out last night, 11/27

I took Steve's Memeorial video for my mom to watch in the hospital. It was so cool to see how many nurses, and other hospital people would come in and watch for a few. Some shrugged their shoulders, others had tears. And my mom is in and out of it. But she seemed to come around when "True Blue" came on. Music can cross all boundries, and open all hearts!

Music is the universal language.... "If life is a song, Love is the music!" Crystalslove, you and your family are in my prayers. I will pray for God's tender loving care and healing power for your Mother.
