do the cars ever see the public highway?

Hi there,

Yes, all the cars are roadworthy and have to pass their MOT before they go on to their new home.

One of the stars from the new series was driving his around London last week.

what about sva, and construction and use regulations, with all the modifications to original cars, isnt it necessary to inform dvla of changes and submit the car for an sva test? as all kit car builders have to?
