I am loving both the chop shop show and the (sometimes heated)discussion that we have had about it on this forum so how about this (stealing the concept a little from Biker Build-off):
Two teams (could either be professional or amateur) given a banger and a budget of £5000 pounds to build a sports car from scratch using the components from the donor car in six weeks. Bernie and Leepu could be on hand to proffer advice etc. The cars then must travel to a show ground under their own steam to a public judging. (Could even use the Car Sharks idea that the winning team can sell their car and any profits made will be their winnings!) Losers' car auctioned for charity!
