I have been converted from drowning all sorts of grub and learning Mithelin star mixes to a proper fluff chucker. Fly fishing is an amazing sport and the art of the cast and the flies are hard to master but very rewarding when you land it right.
I would love to tie my own flies and I think its the next thing to try. Which brings me to my topic title. Dear Discovery... More Fly fishing please.  You have the best guy on the job I think. Thanks for bringing it to us though. Great programmes. |

If we have more fly fishing can we also have more fly tying. The wife is thinking about taking it up as a hobby which means she won't moan at me for spending so long on the bank!

MORE HYWEL AND MORE FLY TYING!! I loved the fly tying section in the Hywel programmes; it was really interesting to see how the ties are made. I would love to see more and learn more about it to so I can have a go at it, Gives me something to do when my chaps on the bank, ha ha ha. My chap loves fly fishing and learning all the new ways from Hywel has really helped him on the bank. Hywel came across as a very relaxed fun presenter and was really watchable, both me and my chap would love to see more of his shows. Keep them coming Discovery! |
