Ok in a local shop I spotted a book that claims that if you plant certain things; flowers, root vegetables, leafy plants and so on at certain times of the month or day they grow better.

Its kind of a planting by astrology idea. Anyway the book is called planting by the moon or something, I've never tried it but the author claims that it does (as he would!).

So any thoughts, worth a go?
