I am from Serbia and my English is not best,but please try another thing with perpetum mobil.Take a motor,hook it up with a dinamo that gives the right voltage that the motor needs to rotate it's average speed,calculate how big the wheel needs to be big on the motor and dinamo and than hook up the dinamo to the battery,battery to the motor,motor to the dinamo adn we'll (I guess) see what will happend.
