just curios... but does hair color had anything to do with one's intellectual level? do blond girls really are less clever than any girls with different hair color?

Personally, I don't see how hair pigmentation can have any effect on one's intellect. If tested and shown that it does, it's probably a society issue rather than genetic. Perhaps blondes are coddled more and don't have to work/study as hard as a consequence or some such thing?
