Remember that old commercial for Super Glue where the guy glues his hard hat to an I-beam with one drop of super glue then immediately hangs 20 feet off the ground hanging onto that hat?
Can that happen?

I would suspect a lot of editorial license. Not all superglues are equal, I doubt that any glue available to the public would have that kind of performance.

Some construction companies get access to materials that not all public companies have access to, so the material doesn't necessarily have to be public only. Could be industrial to... much more difficult to get.
