Given that this is a fantasy game where neither the minigun nor the tripod actually exist, then this is completely impossible to test. We can however speculate....
Given Halo is set in some future tense, there are many factors that could make it possible; * perhaps the minigun is made of some futuristic superlight alloy that makes it possible for a single man to lift? * perhaps the planet this is based upon has a much lower gravity enabling people to lift what would appear to us to be much heavier objects? * maybe the tripod and minigun arrangement have some kind of release mechanism that allows that particular action * maybe the person in question is a genetically enhanced being with amazing strength? Since it's set in a complete fantasy setting, there's dozens of explanations that could be tabled. |
