The myth widely known (from the US, UK, and Middle East) is that if you shave your hair from any place from your body many times it will grow thicker (darker) and stronger!!!
The only way I think you can know for shore is to find a person that never shaved his back or arms and have him/her shave half of their back or arms weekly for along time say 6 month and see if there is a difference between the shaved hair and the non-shaved hair ?!?! Also I have a question dose these myths get viewed by the mythbusters or no ?? |

The myth surrounding this one is quite simple to explain.
A human hair is not the same diameter all the way down its length - it tapers at the end and so appears thinner and softer. The process of cutting or shaving the hair just chops it off at its full diameter near the base and so when it appears through the skin again it feels thicker until the end of the hair tapers off again and it starts to grow normally |
