I was watching the myth the other day of the scuba diver that was sucked up and dropped in the middle of a forest fire. It occured to me that after he was dropped would the poor sod's air tank explode due to the heat of the fire?

if it was possible for him to be picked up in the first place then yes, but it was busted someone couldnt be picked up.

i while ago, i watched an episode of CSI and a man hated someone else really badly. He knocked out the man and put him in a scuba diver suit, including 2 air tanks. He set up a trail of wood which led to the knocked-out man's air tank, this exploded, throwing the man into a tree, several metres away.(the man had been sat in a chair outside.)
