Hi all. I need to know the truth about a certain myth. Can u guys help me and a lot others out?

Question:
It is commonly said that all bulls are attracted towards red colour or shades of red colour and that they become really furious upon seeing a red flag, dress or cloth. Is it really true or just a countyr myth??

I thought that bulls were pretty much colour blind, and that they charge towards the rag because that is what moves. A toreador doesn't move his body much at all until the very last moment.
The bulls are definitely not furious at a colour, or even at the toreador per se. Their handlers make sure the bull is really riled before it goes into the ring so that it will attack the first moving thing it sees. A large cheering crowd will not help the bull calm down either.
