I would like to know if you can put a hole into the middle of a crisp without it snapping or cracking?

The crisp must be fresh and not stale!

Depends on how big you want the hole. I would guess a good sharp pin or needle would do it, if you do it carefully.

A very good point thanks you, I will go and get a packet and try it. I'll start with jabbing the crisp with a needle and then slowly working it through and see whats best!! and if it works!!
