If you put really strong front breaks on a smart fortwo coupe car will it roll over when it stops

No, the front tyres will just skid.

I did once watch an MG Midget at a sprint hill climb where the driver ad been instructed " You accellerate as hard as you can until you have to brake for a corner, then you brake as hard as possible"
This was good advice for getting up the hill as fast as possible, were it not for the fact that the bonnet was not as fixed as was originally thought. Being the type it was, the bonnet was the front bodywork, hinged at the front. The brakes were powerful enough to tip the bonnet, and smash the headlights on the road surface.
