I was wondering is it better for your eyes to watch TV or to play computer games?

As far as I understand, Tv and computer screens are bad for you because your eyes remain focused at a fixed distance all the time you are staring at them. This means you eye focusing system is not getting any exercise and so suffers premature ageing.

both.because they both used radiations that are bad to the eyes

Depends if both screen types are the same. Glass TV to glass PC screen, and LCD to LCD.

well about optical problems it won't happen if u control yer time well but in terms of esucation and games I'd say TV is better . The good thing bout computer is they can store pretty lots of data , spyware , and inform us the latest things through words . Games are merely for relaxation .
