Im wondering if its possible to bend iron bars with your own hands?

Like they do in the movie called Shanhai Noon.
They are in prison, and they gets out by peeing on a piece of Silk (i think) and and use it to to bend bars away from eachother, so they can squeeze through.

Like this:

-Now they can escape through (the middle)

Im not sure how to explain it, but if you have seen the movie, it would help.

Although the myth was based on whether the silk was strong enough.

If a much stronger material was used it may be possible.

in the movie the bars that were used were much longer than what was used on mythbusters. The bars on the movie were probably about 6 of 7 feet long so i dont think it was busted.
