I love WD as a program, but I do find I mostly watch it for the mecahnical bits. Edd China is a great guide 'under the bonnet'.

I do find myself wishing it would go into more depth though - really be a useful guide rather than just an interesting insight. Might get a few more people to actually head out to their garage with a spanner and give it a go!

A tie in with the Haynes brand would get the point of the series across quickly and peak the attention of new potential viewers - seems a no brainer to me! Smiler

Question:
Should discovery channel & edd china produce a program with more focus on the workshop?

Choices:
Hell yes, I only watch wheeler dealers for the greasy bits anyway!
I'd watch it as well as WD :)
No, I'd prefer Edd to work on more Wheeler Dealers instead
